The Appeal

The road cars may be better known and poster stars, but there is a strong argument to say that Ferrucio Lamborghini’s greatest contribution to four wheeled progress was the 1R. This little tractor gave European farmers an inexpensive, light and utterly capable workhorse.
The distinctive blue and orange colour scheme made these tractors easy to spot in the field and is a stand-out part of their character today. Particularly in the condition of this one, which has been extensively restored to a very high standard.
We love the 1R here at Car & Classic and this is one of the best, most comprehensively overhauled example we’ve seen in recent times. The detailing is impressive, including beautiful Lamborghini badges and decals.
With just 1 hr of ‘work’ since completion and supplied with a finger bar mower, this is a fantastic opportunity for the agricultural enthusiast.
