Description
The Jaguar E-Type kicked off a new era in 1961 and initially there were some weak spots but they were continuously improved. The series 3, which was introduced exactly 10 years after the first E-Type had rolled off the assembly line, the brand new V12-aluminum engine trumped everything, including the aging E-Type itself. Another 15, 287 cars were made and the market didn't realize how unique the E-Type was until its successor model, the XJ-S was introduced.
Our Jaguar E-Type Roadster came to us from a collection in Scandinavia where it was lovingly maintained for years. The automatic gearbox makes for easy and relaxed driving. To this day, its composition of the classic roadster with the highly cultivated V12-engine is a delight!
