Description
The Jaguar XJ-S was the successor to the legendary Jaguar E. The lines of the XJ-S, which was developed on the basis of the XJ limousine and equipped with the V12 engine from the E-Type Series III, were initially controversial at the time. Nevertheless, the Jaguar, built between 1975 and 1996, became a successful model with over 115, 000 units. The revised HE version came onto the market in 1981. The "High Efficiency" - cylinder head and a changed fuel injection brought a clearly lower fuel consumption. The XJS HE on offer was built in 1983 and is very well maintained. The twelve-cylinder engine runs silky smooth and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. After extensive service work, the car was inspected as a veteran in November 19 and has been driven only rarely since then. The car is visually and technically in very good condition, the interior very well maintained. Now for sale with a strong price reduction
