Description
At the International Motorshow in Frankfurt/ Germany in April 1951, the sensational new “big Mercedes”, the model 300, was presented next to the 220, the new upper middle class model. Experts agreed that this was worldclass! Naturally, luxurious special body versions were available and the 4-door convertible D was a seamless extension of pre-war body design.
Our Mercedes-Benz 300 Cabriolet D was delivered to the US and it was first registered on July 1st, 1952. Since 1994 the luxury Mercedes has been back in Europe and was restored in Hamburg/ Germany. Since 2006 the car has been one of the highlights of an exclusive collection. It’s top quality and complete history make this classic stand out!
