For sale 1984 Jaguar XJS V12 in silver with black leather interior.
Had three new tyres fitted at the beginning of March 2023.
This vehicle was last in regular use in 2009, since then it has sat on my friends driveway under a cover. As you can see from the pictures, the passenger seat is not in "too good of health", this is because the passenger side door was not locked, and someone came along, opened it presumably to have a nosy inside, but did not properly close it and as a result, nature made it's way into where it shouldn't be.
So that's one bad part. Continuing on with bad parts, the ingress of moisture and naturalness into the vehicles interior has meant that some of the electrics including the windows, headlamp switch and entertainment doesn't work, also the passenger door cannot be opened.
Since pulling off the cover and discovering the unfortunate state of his once beloved car, my friend just wants it gone. He doesn't have the time or inclination to recommission it.
The good part is it now has a new battery, two new thermostats and radiator hoses. It fires up, is buttery smooth, it drives, mileage is genuine with lots of paperwork, body is actually quite solid with only surface rust here and there.
