Description
Mathis EMY4S Dynamic as a four-door saloon. Between 1910 and 1954, the Strasbourg-based company Mathis produced cars and aircraft engines quite successfully. At times it was the 4th largest car company in France. In 1954, the company was sold to Citroen. The original purchase contract from 1934 still exists for the vehicle on offer here. The first owner remained loyal to his Mathis until 1972. The engine was overhauled in 2016 (invoice available). It starts and runs well. The gearbox shifts cleanly. Lights, brakes and fittings work. The car has been very well painted, in the meantime there are slight signs of use again. The Michelin tyres are as good as new. The interior is used but in good condition. There is enough space for four people. There is a boot at the rear with an extra tool compartment. An interesting, rarely offered pre-war classic. Dutch vehicle documents are available for the car. Viewing is possible by appointment. More classics in stock. We speak English, please feel free to ask any question.
