As these are historic vehicles several years old from the date of manufacture, the company shall not be liable for any missing or non-conformity of parts or components with respect to the original production and homologation characteristics. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to carry out the necessary checks. The transfer of ownership, deed of sale or deregistration for export shall take place only 15 days after receipt of the vehicle if there are no objections, or upon receipt or collection of the vehicle if the seller declares unreserved acceptance of the vehicle, corresponding to his expectations.
