This model, the stage 1 facelift in our opinion is the very best combination of everything that was great about the earlier car design with the added bonus of improved reliability, finish, up to date styling enhancements & even more luxurious interior refinements.
The original design upon it first release was gifted to us by the talented Malcolm Sayer back in 1975, this particular car being the first major facelift model was enhanced & improved by Geoff Lawson for re-launch in 1991.
This 1991 car is fitted with a GM400 automatic transmission which is silky smooth even by today’s standards making for an effortless luxury driving experience. The engine fitted to this Jaguar of course is the legendary 5. 3 V12, the engine in this stage 1 facelift model produces around 300hp & 400 NM of torque. Far from being stressed this very refined V12 engine offers relentless turbine like power and performance that’s still impressive today.
This Jaguar has been extremely well loved, cherished, maintained and cared for by its 2 former keepers as you can see. Like us they have fastidiously maintained this car to the very highest of standards regardless of expense.
We feel very lucky and proud to be able to offer such an exceptional example for sale. It surly is an ultimate ‘time warp example’ in the the truest sense of the expression.
This car has a comprehensive UK maintenance history from the day it was repatriated back to the UK from Japan. We have the original Japanese handbook back & also a UK handbook pack. A maintenance history folder also proves its providence.

* New electric aerial, new heater matrix & pipes, A/ C system repairs including compressor rebuild, new battery, rear shock absorbers, new walnut centre console veneer, new walnut gear selector handle, new registration plates, special ‘KROWN’ undercarriage anti corrosion coating, clear cavity wax protection, 4 new Harman-Kardon stereo speakers, new Pioneer stereo system which includes Apple car play, rear reversing camera, DAB radio, hands free phone, CD, touch screen, radio, various suspension bushes replaced as required, new front brake Caliper, wheel alignment adjustments, relay replacements, speedo disc display replacement KM/ H to MPH, 4 full engine services, transmission oil & filter change, brake fluid change, front anti-roll bar drop links replaced, coolant flush & change, 4 alloy road wheels powder coated / diamond cut, new premium headliner replacement fitted, all undercarriage grease points serviced.

The undercarriage is immaculate & is showing no signs of corrosion whatsoever, never been welded, the bodywork has no rust whatsoever & no corrosion to report, no fluid leaks on the floor underneath the car, no scratches, no dents, no scuffs, no scrapes or any imperfections to report whatsoever. The interior condition is just as impeccable & beautiful, it’s a really stunning place to be.
An independent MOT will be carried out on this Jaguar when sold. We expect it to fly through with no advisories.
We have just fully inspected this car, everything is working as it should be including the air conditioning which is ice cold. It has just been fully serviced by us using genuine Jaguar air filters, oil filter and premium oils. We have also fitted 12 new spark plugs for your piece of mind. New front brake pads & a new brake pad fitting kit were also done at the service. All grease points were serviced, clear cavity wax was also applied to all undercarriage areas as to further preserve the car for the future.
Additional work we have carried out as part of our preparation includes, 4 new genuine wheel centre caps, four wheel balance, full detailed interior valet with leather hide food nourishment, full exterior detailed valet including a 5 stage machine polish and 2 ceramic coatings. The engine bay also benefits from a detailed clean and protective coating.
The high specification includes, lattice alloy wheels, Bluetooth phone connectivity for music & calls, central locking, premium soft leather interior, electric front seats, air bags, premium sound system CD/ Radio, DAB touch screen interface, climate A/ C, ABS, PAS, front centre armrest & cubby box, electric heated door mirrors, electric windows, electric ariel, front fogs with covers, 2 keys, glove box, cruise control, steering column adjustment, heated rear screen, leather steering wheel, trip computer, full size spare wheel which has never been used, tool kit, ashtray’s, heated front seats.
