Here we have a very nice Land Rover Series 2a with 2. 25 petrol engine.
This was previously subject to a "nut and bolt" "ground up" restoration with a galvanised chassis as well as all the other necessary work being carried out to bulkhead, Parabolic suspension, brakes , gearbox , etc bodywork and respray in Bronze Green. All the galvanising was recoated.
On the road this drives exactly right , steering, brakes, gearbox , clutch, etc all working exactly as they should
Previously this has had little light use only being used to go shooting
The correct period elephant hide seats are fitted as well as a new kanvas hood.
All the correct items are in place e. g. individual wipers, smiths heater , period reverse lamp, early type lights and number plates, etc
