This highly upgraded, fully rebuilt Land Rover 90 Defender was subject of an £82000 refurbishment program and rebuild. The Defender has covered less than 2500 miles since completion in 2021. The bespoke, high specification rebuild was carried out by a Gateshead based Land Rover and Range Rover specialist who have carried out the major program of work to an incredibly high standard.
This was a no expense spared rebuild on a brand new galvanised chassis, the TD5 engine and gearbox were fully rebuilt and mechanical upgrades include vented and cross drilled disc brakes, braided hoses, Deweb manifold, stainless steel exhaust system, heavy duty steering arms and upgraded suspension. It has also been further enhanced by a Panoramic roof, rear door and windows, LED lighting, leather dash and door cards, leather centre console switch panel, leather stereo surround panel, leather seats and quick release steering wheel. The 90 also features Puma doors, electric window upgrade, heated windscreen, heated seats, a stunning bespoke wooden rear floor and the interior is finished with stainless steel gear knobs, vent knobs, clock bezels, door pulls, handles, pedals, hinges, fuse box knobs and rear finishing strip, Apple Car Play, carpets and front mats.
Externally this is a real eye full with Mat finished paintwork, winch bumper, extended mud flaps, bonnet vents, side vents and chequer plate bonnet. The 90 also features extended wheel arches, Khan wheels and remote central locking and an insurance approved alarm has been fitted for extra security. The finish is outstanding, the bodywork is exceptional with no corrosion issues and added confidence can be taken from the new galvanised chassis. The body panels are perfectly straight and the Panoramic door, roof and rear windows superbly enhance the car. The interior is beautifully finished with added comfort and on the road the Defender is impressive and in excellent mechanical order as expected with the low mileage since rebuild.
Whilst this Defender has been subject of a full rebuild, it does come with its early life service history, original manuals, spare keys and a huge file of MOT's from its pre restoration life. It will also be freshly serviced and MOT tested for its next owner who can immediately begin enjoying ownership of this incredibly enhanced, impressive Defender 90.
