Description
Registered new in Brescia, Italy in 1977, although it is stated as being manufactured in 1976 this early production 900SS was imported to the UK in 2016 and remained in a prominent motorcycle collection until last year.
Having now been re registered in the UK it has just had a service and check over in our work shop and is in great running order. It is supplied with an ASI ( Automotoclub Storico Italiano ) certificate and plaque and Ducati owners Club certificate stating the bike as matching numbers as well as the original 1977 Italian registration documents and the current UK V5C.
Fitted with an oil cooler the bike appears to have been restored at some point and remains in good general order, although the paint is showing signs or age.
Approximately 1, 300 bikes were built in ’76 making them highly prized and very collectable, this is good example of an iconic Ducati.
