Based on a 1989 230ce coupe' Mercedes, this car has been converted in convertible by the famous SGS Styling garage.
The name used by SGS was "Biarritz", they started the production of convertible Biarritz from the w124 sedan. When Mercedes started the production of the coupe' they started to trasform the two doors model. This is a rare example based on the 230 ce.
Only 70 cars have been produced (based on sedan and coupe'). Mercedes presented the ce convertible only two years later and very similar to the last model produced by SGS.
This car is one of the first model based on coupe, it has been registered first time in Italy in 1991, with a Brabus engine kit and 17 rims. It is registered as 230 ce Brabus convertible with 109kw (150ps).
Finished in metallic brown with black leather interior, it has 115000 km on the instrument and it is in very good general conditions.
