Description
1981 Triumph TR7 convertible, just 3 owners from new, small history file, cavalry blue 5 speed manual transmission requiring restoration.
Judging by the condition of the seats, although filthy, I think this would have been a pretty nice car when it was stored in around 1990 (this is when it was last taxed)
The inner bodyshell, floors, boot floor, under bonnet flitches and turrets are all in very good rot free condition, most of the underside is too, as are the doors and most of the rear of the car. It has rot mostly to LH front wing, headlamp panel, RH front wing and the windscreen frame (a couple of repair panels with car for this.)
Trim is all there and whilst very dirty is not too badly damaged, hood is on car and goes up and down, some of the poppers are broken, in reasonable condition.
Dashboard has been partially removed to enable the windscreen frame to be repaired.
The engine turns over but this is as far as we have been mechanically.
The windscreen is missing, presume it broke when removing to repair frame, the is no exhaust after the downpipe, rotted away. There are no keys. Older style V5 log book with car.
