This beautifully presented BMW M5 was first registered in early 2001 and had just one owner until July 2023. The BMW has driven to us faultlessly from Hertfordshire and has covered 82000 miles from new and comes with an impressive service history. Our M5 had its running in check with BMW dealership Bates in London at 1673 miles and carried out the cars first service at 9239 miles. Park Lane BMW carried out the next service at 36338 miles before an alternative London BMW Service Centre stamped the book at 51146 miles. BMW Broak Oak Ashford maintained the car at 53923, 67944 and 72285 miles, then Barretts BMW serviced the car in 2019 at 75593 miles. More recently in 2023 the BMW was serviced by Langley Prestige Ltd and in late 2023 with its second owner the M5 was serviced at 77695 miles by a BMW specialist.
On initial purchase by its second owner in 2023 the BMW was booked into A1 German Car Specialists in Hertfordshire for a health check and report. In total £3500 was spent on the car and this included a service, air-conditioning inspection, new rear upper control arms, upper camber arms, new front brake hoses, new rear hoses and copper brake pipes, two new front tyres (cracking due to age), fitting a new differential seal and a new thermostat and gasket. The owner then spent a further £4400 on bodywork and detailed paintwork having had the body checked over for corrosion. With any corrosion cut out, the bodywork was repaired with new metal work and detailed paintwork was carried out to ensure a first class finish.
Having had almost £8000 recently spent, its needless to say the M5 is in exceptional condition. The car presents beautifully with gleaming paintwork, a superb straight bodyshell and excellent underside. The interior has been beautifully kept and its clear this two owner car has been cherished its entire life. On the road performance is outstanding, the 400 BHP V8 offers incredible performance, it's a very quick car and feels sensational on the road with subline handling and performance.
