The R100 Series was introduced in 1976 as BMW's flagship fast tourer with the RT built between 1978 and 1984
Powered by BMW's classic 980cc air-cooled (airhead) twin-cylinder 'boxer' offering 70bhp @7, 250rpm and 126mph
The engine's power was transmitted to the rear wheel through a 5-speed transmission with a dry single-plate clutch and a final shaft drive
Still finished in its original Silver Blue, this RT has been converted to a sports bike/ Café Racer
In unrestored condition and confirmed running
Supplied with a current V5, some history and service manuals.
