This sporting 2006 MX-5 has been in the current local custodianship since 2017 and has had just two former keepers.
It has been continuously well maintained in this ownership, as detailed in the history file. In 2018, attention was paid to the chassis with rust cleared and protective wax applied. New rear suspension poly-bushes were fitted in the same year. In 2019, both rear wheelhouse panels were repaired with new metal and correctly zinc primed and wax proofed. In January 2023, the Mazda was serviced and the battery was replaced. Its latest service in January of this year included the fitting of two new brake calipers.
Overall, this is a very tidy looking Mazda. The panel work is good, the paint is smart, the interior is smart for its age with good leather upholstery and instrumentation in working order. The vendor has been honest with their description of the motor car and has told us that the sub frame requires attention due to rust, hence a very sensible reserve.
History includes the handbook bundle in its original wallet, together with MOT test certificates, invoices, service history and the V5C registration certificate.
