Offered here is 2004 Mercedes-Benz SL500 presented in Obsidian Black with a Grey interior and a panoramic folding roof.
The Mercedes is currently showing 57, 000 miles and is in lovely condition. We also have the full book pack, complete with the service booklet showing 9 stamps, most recently on 28th July 2022 at 49, 609 miles. The gearbox was also serviced at this time, and some maintenance parts were changed. Since then, the all-important A. B. C pump has been replaced to the sum of £2, 557. 59 on 30th June 2023. The original book pack, a bundle of invoices for parts and maintenance are supplied with the car. Although it’s a v8 due to its age the road tax is only £410. 00 per annum, which is much cheaper than later models. The car's header unit has been upgraded to deliver Apple car play and Android compatibility but still retains the Bose factory sound system. The original player and header unit are provided in the soft close boot.
Outside, it presents superbly well - the Obsidian Black paintwork is in remarkable condition for its age, and the freshly refurbished Silver alloy wheels really offset the car. The mileage is commensurate with the interior which appears to show no obvious scuff, marks or tears in the upholstery and minimal wear on the steering wheel and gear selector.
The car comes with V5C, various old MOTs, a bundle of invoices, and a full book pack.
This SL500 is in fine condition, with all the correct work carried out. A straight, low mileage example with only 6 former keepers that has evidently been cherished throughout its life. Be sure not to miss this one, these luxury SLs aren’t going to stay this cheap for much longer. Buy one now before prices get silly!
