Description
Without doubt the finest preserved example of a Shadow 1 we have ever handled with originality, mileage and provenance assured.
Absolutely no point 'over gilding the Lilley' here, so will revert to simply the mightily impressive & salient facts only.
Originally supplied via St Helier Garages, Jersey on 6th April 1972 to its first keeper, a Jersey resident.
Built specification of Silver Mink over Caribbean Blue, upholstered in Blue leather (VM 3244) with Mountain Blue carpets, Grey Ambla headlining, Badge Bar and Lucas Fog Lamps.
Driven by the first owner around Jersey covering 13, 000 miles before it was given to his son who brought across to England in 1989. Just two further meticulous keepers since, both of whom have used it sparingly, with odometer now reading just 23, 680.
A multi winning Concours and Class winning entrant.
Fabulously original and remaining correct in every way.
Known to Royce/ Ranmore Engineering since 1992.
Happily the second occasion we have been asked to handle its sale.
All books, paperwork, tools and trophies present & correct.
Simply the best I have seen.
It would be a pleasure to answer any questions you might have. However, to really appreciate this Rolls-Royce, it needs to be seen “in the flesh”, so do please call me directly on the details below to arrange a viewing.
