Description
On offer is a French rarity from the 1920s: Salmson VAL 3 Torpedo Salmson was a French engineering company that was active in the field of aeroplane and automobile production from 1912 to 1957. The company became famous for its motorsport successes. Salmson won 550 car races and set ten world records between 1921 and 1928. The cycle cars of this traditional brand are still popular collector's items today. Original Torpedo body versions are now particularly rare, as their basis was often used for "special" replicas in the past. This four-seater pre-war convertible was part of a classic car collection in the Netherlands for a long time and was well protected there. The classic red and black colour combination looks great. The seats are in very good condition. The Michelin tyres have great tread. The engine is running. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an exclusive, European pre-war classic. The car comes with Dutch vehicle documents. Viewing is possible by appointment. More classics in stock.
