Description
1965 Austin Healey Sprite
A fine example of this iconic car offered complete with Heritage Certificate. Much work undertaken mechanically by a classic car specialist including but not only; wheel bearings, shocks, brakes, converted to electronic ignition, new alternator, refurb wiper motor, reconditioned tachometer.
The roof is in great condition, save for one small (fixable) rip in the seam where it attached to the vehicle. No leaks and all nice and dry.
Wheels were all refurbished just over a year ago and sit on white-wall tyres which give it that unique look. All tyres have loads of tread. There is an un-refurbished spare wheel (seem photos ) and a tyre to fit it.
A raft of historical paperwork, including Heritage Certificate and ownership over the years. Drives lovely and great fun.
Paintwork is not 100%, but it is 60 years old!
As with any old vehicle, there are a couple of minor details that will need to be attended to in coming years but more importantly, the car starts, stops and drives.
Supplied with Heritage Certificate and a pack of paperwork, invoices and old MOTs, etc dating back through the years. Also invoices including recent spend on this vehicle.
