Description
Fiat has built an indelible reputation as a producer of tasteful small cars. After successful models such as the 500, 600 and 127, the factory launched the first generation Fiat Panda in 1980. The design was by Giorgetto Giugiaro of the design agency Ital Design. The model was a resounding success and is now, after more than 4 decades, still an attractive and sought-after classic.
At the end of the life cycle of the first generation Pandas, a number of limited editions were launched. These were extra attractive models that were offered at competitive prices. One of these limited editions was the Sisley, which was presented in 1987. This version was basically a Panda 4x4 with four-wheel drive that was equipped with attractive embellishments. For example, the Sisley version was given metallic paint and white rims as standard. On the outside, the car was equipped with a roof rack, an air scoop in the bonnet and Sisley badges. On the inside, the slope angle meter stands out, which is prominently placed on the dashboard. But also the interior trim with the extremely tasteful Sisley embroidery makes this sturdy hatchback a wonderful car.
The Panda 4x4 Sisley from Classic Park is from March 1990 and has been on a Dutch registration since 2023. The car has a beautiful and striking colour scheme and is in very good condition.
