BMW M Z3 s65 EVO with the M3 e9x V8 & H6-speed manual 445 hp, a one off special, project duration, end of 2015 till end 2019.
Everything officially included in the documents of the Z3 M3 (license plate/ TUV/ EU) via strict individual inspection at RDW Lelystad due to the major changes.
Color: Oxford green 2, leather interior, sports bucket seats, bucket seats with removable seat parts to sit even deeper if desired.
The engine comes from a 2009 M3 e92, with only 85, 000 km at the time, the gearbox comes from a 2010 e92 M3 with only 35, 000 km.
To be sure, I had new, better crankshaft bearings etc. installed in the S65 M3 engine, which has now only run 4, 622 km, just like the many other fresh parts, some even less.
The luxurious soft-top is in good condition.
With the RDW (TUV/ EU), an individual inspection, etc., everything is officially correct in the documents, it is driven occasionally to keep everything healthy.
The M Z3 s65 comes with a valid valuation report for insurance, latest valuation report valid until well into 2025
The weight of 1345kg is weighed with everything on board, including a full tank of fuel, almost empty the Z3 s65 weighs 1285kg, which is 500kg less than the M3 V8 convertible and 300-400 kg lighter than the e9x M3, the M Z3 s65 is also much faster and light-footed with a nice balance.
The 0 to 100km/ h and/ or top speed on some car sites are from a standard tuned Z3M, my M Z3 s65 has 120hp+ more and is much faster to 100 and much faster than a standard tuned 250km/ h of course, this M Z3 s65 is unlimited, it cannot be changed on those sites in the standard input field with license plate number and adjustments, the standard OEM Z3 M info is then automatically added on some sites.
My M Z3 s65 is lighter than a standard Z3M (which I also had) and has better weight distribution and ow that sound! really a super V8 sound.
A great drivers car with the best sound, never used on track or sprint, we build it this way for looks and special feel.
A truly one off special, all documented and official for road use.
It's time for someone else to step in and enjoy, so that I can continue with the next project in the long term.
Had the car largely built by a BMW motorsport specialist in his spare, less valuable hours, minus my hundreds of hours that went into it.
Most of it is new since 2019 and several non-wearable parts have been custom made for this special.
New: Valuation report valid until well into 2025
New: TUV/ MOT until 04-09-2025
New: complete BBK braking system front and rear, stainless brake lines, M brake booster
New: adjustable and adjustable coil overs BC racing with M offset incl. adjustable camber plates, etc.
New: wishbones, rods, steering rods
New: all bushes/ rubbers in Strongflex PU all around
New: crankshaft bearings, etc. in the block that had only run 85, 000 km, nice H6 manual gearbox with only 35, 000 km
New: clutch group and 8 special spark plugs, etc.
New: sports seats, sports steering wheel, sports pedals, gear lever, handbrake and other interior parts
New: exhaust with 4 light sports catalysts and lambda probes
New: M3 radiator, multi belts, etc.
New: Standalone fully programmable ECU computer
New: 18 inch wideset lightweight rims including new tires, rear 265 tires.
New: stronger battery for the s65 V8 engine.
New: Bosch aero twin windshield wipers and many other small new parts, too many to mention.
etc etc.
The S65 engine was introduced in the E92 M3 and was chosen as International Engine of the Year for the 3. 0 to 4. 0 L category in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
The original Z3 odometer now reads around 142k and has been adjusted for these V8 inputs, the 'new' engine has only run 89, 622 all-in, including the now 4, 622km with the new crankshaft bearings, etc.
A thick folder with many invoices is also included, including 2 keys with built-in remote control, + 1 plastic key, most of the conversion work is shown in photos.
Afterwards, 2 wheel spacers of 12mm per side were placed on the rear axles, which look even better in the wheel arches, without rubbing, also posted here in a few photos.
