Description
The previous owner built the bike from scratch in 2020 to be raced, paraded, or used for track days, and it is also eligible for the Classic Spa 3-day event, where it can be run on the open pipes as fitted.
The bike sounds amazing and sounds so close to the real thing! If using for UK racing, a simple conversion to a four into one will get the bike through the noise test.
The machine was a Honda 400cc engine taken out to 492cc via 56mm pistons fitted with new rings, in honed barrels, valves lapped in, with new stem seals fitted in inlet valves, Yoshimura kit head gasket.
Wheels rebuilt with new spokes, and she also has a new electronic Boyer ignition system fitted, frame powder coated, chassis fully rebuilt it is like new, new master cylinder & refurbished brake calliper fitted, new fairings including enclosed belly pan.
As you can see, she was built as a stunning reminder of the great Mike Hailwood, with a few modern touches. The cost of the build was over £10, 000, not including the hours building!
Perfect for your man/ girl cave and look at her over a beer or glass of wine!
