What are Cyclecars?
After the First World War, almost everything was in short supply in Europe. To promote mobility, a favorable tax was introduced in various European countries on cars weighing a maximum of 350 kilos and with an engine capacity of 1100 cc. Factories, workshops, garages and sheds sprang up everywhere, where an enormous variety of vehicles were produced. Paris and the surrounding area alone had more than 100 large and small cars.
