Manual transmission, rear wheel drive, independent front suspension by torsion bars and wishbones, anti-roll bar, telescopic dampers, live rear axle with leaf springs. Burman recirculating-ball steering. A short-shafted four speed Moss gear box with solenoid operated over-drive, Borg and Beck 10" diameter clutch.
