XWR 714G is an exceptional example of the marque having been restored to exacting standards by an acknowledged race engineer for his personal use. He stripped it to a bare shell before commencing the rebuild. Fitted a new original floor pan and repair
panels as required. The power train has been completely overhauled, as have the suspension, brakes and steering. A new wiring loom was fitted and the electrical components and instruments were overhauled. The car has been rustproofed and seam sealed- £15000 being spent on parts alone.
