Lovely 996 C4s in Arctic Silver over black. good condition, no rust, not a garage queen but not much used over the last few years.
Bad bits - some small stone chips on the nose and bonnet, A/ C not working, sunroof rattles when open, CD player rather temperamental. Some rattles and squeaks in the interior. Wheels and calipers could do with a refurb to make perfect.
Good bits - History file going back years. Single Row Pro IMS, camshaft seal, RMS, clutch and dual mass flywheel by Revolution Porsche at 72, 000 miles. It had all four coffin arms, rear trailing arms and track rod ends replaced in late 2022. 'Y' cable was replaced in 2020 to solve the slow hot start issue. Factory engine mounts fitted in 2020. Water pump, thermostat, aux drive belt, coil packs and the expansion tank were replaced 4000 miles ago. Just had an oil and filter change. Body colour centre trim, crested seats, white dials. Dansk sport back boxes. No smoke, doesn't use any oil, great oil pressure, never overheated and sits at 80 on the temp gauge all the time i've owned it.
Just had the rear brake pipes replaced.
MOT expires April 2025. I believe its an honest example of the breed that drives nicely, looks lovely and sounds great. Could do with a new home and be used more.
