Description
Moretti was one of the small factories seated in Torino, Italy and in its best days was well known for its sports and racing cars. The TDM (Tour de Monde) 750 Spider was designed by Michelotti and indeed turns heads wherever it appears. This tiny and light cabriolet is equipped with a unique Moretti designed and produced engine producing 36 HP - not a muscle car but it is nice to drive around. Although the numbers produced is unknown but there are only a handful examples are known to be on the road. A real collector’s item.
This particular car was exported to the US and then returned to Europe. It was purchased by our workshop in Netherlands and has went through a complete nuts and bolts restoration. The car has a correct but not matching engine which was fully rebuilt. The Moretti is now rust free and ready to be registered and for the road. A couple of years ago it was winning a Best of show award at the Hungaroring Classic event.

Transportation within Europe is available at the seller. Not many of these automotive gems are on the road. It is a lovely looking little car, certainly the rarity in any show while it brings smiles to the faces on the road as well. The Michelotti design mirrors the true Italian "dolce vita" feeling while mechanically it features unique solutions. This is NOT a Fiat derivative.
