Description
1959 Ford Consul Lowline Project.
Another project I am unlikely to get around to, so here for sale.
Ideal for a resto-mod car... that was my plan for it.
Sound rolling shell, good boot lid, bonnet repairable, doors are fairly rough at the bottom edges.
Good quality fibreglass front wings and front valence.
Front and rear screens are here, with window rubbers.
Front suspension and steering in place, but loosely bolted in, rolls and steers for loading.
There is a Mk2 Consul 1703cc 4 pot engine with it, condition unknown.
No gearbox or prop shaft, rear axle is securely under it, but not properly located.
Seats are pretty good, with the exception of the top edges which are split/ torn.
Dash is mostly complete, a number of spares in the boot, light units, fuel tank, rear shocks etc.
The price of £895 is for the car and parts listed above.
Age related non-transferable number, V5c here, in my name.
In addition I have a lot of parts from a Volvo 240, 2 engines, 2 gearboxes, rear axle, transmission tunnel and boxes of smaller parts which I was going to use to build the car... these can be available by separate negotiation.
Please not the car is located in the FAR NORTH OF SCOTLAND.... postcode IV24, please check distance/ recovery costs before contacting me, it's a LONG way for most folks!
Please don't bother messaging me with endless questions or lowball offers, I only deal with folks who are willing to talk to me.... I am not desperate to sell.
