Description
For sale is my MG Midget Mk2 - 1965. I took over responsibility for maintaining the car from my father last year (2023) as he is now 80 years of age and has given up his classic car and motorcycle collection. He bought this from one of his customers in 1985 with 10k miles on the odometer. It has now driven a genuine 12, 434 miles! Importantly, the car is completely original - it has never been restored. So, it has surface rust on some of the panel edges and a few scratches here and there. The interior, other than the carpets, which I replaced last year, is original and in great condition. The car runs beautifully. It has new continental tyres. The original tonneau cover and hood are with the car. The tonneau is in lovely condition and the hood is ok but with an opaque rear screen. It comes with the original service manual and a sheaf of MOTs - many years are missing as my dad would go years without driving the car. In summary, it’s not concourse but it is in lovely condition for something that has never been restored - surely a rare thing now?
