Description
Restored this summer, this immaculate 1973 CB350G has been fully customised. The original bike had 6000 miles and was in great condition. The frame has been professionally modified to include a seat loop and is freshly powder coated in satin black. The forks have been serviced and rebuilt with new stanchions and the rear suspension is brand new. The wheels have been rebuilt with new spokes on new lighter aluminium rims with the original hubs powder coated. The wiring loom is completely custom and terminates to a Purpose Built Moto Black Box in a custom low profile battery tray creating the clean look. A combined solid state regulator rectifier has also been installed. Switch gear and indicators are provided by Purpose Built Moto along with the exhaust headers and the cockpit look is completed by a new minimal speedometer. All lights are LED allowing for a smaller battery and clean look. The seat is custom made and trimmed in brown leather by Calulfield Leather and is very comfortable. The fuel tank has been refurbished and painted in classic Porsche granite green metallic. The engine has been rebuilt with all new hex bolts replacing the JIS screws, all new gaskets and given a fresh coat of silver paint.
All hardware has been replaced with stainless steel, and all new bearings installed. New bars, cables, levers, Builtwell throttle and Vans grips with internal cable routing make for a very clean cockpit.
The bike is immaculate and receives admiring looks and comments wherever it goes.
Since being rebuilt I’ve put less than 40 miles on it, it’s practically brand new. Built from an already clean motorbike this CB350G is the perfect modern classic. Lighter than the original with better handling and low insurance (no “performance” mods) it’s a great bike for new and experienced riders alike.
Any questions or inspection more than welcome
