In excellent condition, both aesthetically and mechanically. Never crashed. All body panels in excellent condition. Free of rust or rot. Kept in a dry garage.
Strictly original, with the exception of the extras from the contemporary Honda accessories catalogue, 5-spoke Honda wheels (more common on the Vti) and lip on the front bumper. Original and rare Honda audio/ radio. It also has a non-original Momo steering wheel, but can be delivered with the original steering wheel, to be agreed with the buyer.
Electric windows, mirrors and sunroof, all working correctly.
It's never been raced or had a life of abuse, unlike almost all VTEC Civics from this era.
Maintained with the utmost care. It will be delivered with a fresh annual service. It will only need the air conditioning recharged, which I don't use.
