Description
For sale is my stunning Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Veloce S1 105 Coupe, UK RHD, 1969 - finished in Le Mans Blue with a mileometer reading of 33, 450, MOT'd and ready to go.
I purchased the vehicle from Mather Collectable Cars back in 2020.
The vehicle was fully restored and finished in blue (previously red) in 2016/ 7 by a known cotswolds classic car enthusiast. Work totalling some £25k+ was carried out by:
~ Retro Marques, Worcester (bodywork/ mechanical)
~ Tony Williams Bodyshop, Malvern
~ Parts supplied by Classic Alfa
I am in possession of two thick folders - one of which details the 2016/ 7 restoration work (with invoices) and the other the vehicles extensive history, including owner details from new, MOTs and Tax Discs.
There are 7 former keepers and the car was originally registered in Knightsbridge in 1969 (legend has it that the original owner died shortly after acquiring the car, which was then put in storage until the 1980s).
Have various MOT certificates starting from 1992 when the mileometer reading was 6, 326 miles - the Alfa has covered 27k miles from 1992 to 2024.
Vehicle is marque standard throughout and sits on a new set of grippy Michelin tyres.
Very pleasurable drivers car that I recently drove from Manchester to the Goodwood Revival, without any problems.
MOT'd until July 2025 (Tax and MOT exempt).
According to 'How Many Left' data, there are now only approx. 100 Alfa 1750 GTVs registered in the UK.
Regrettable sale, due to ongoing health issues. I'm a genuine classic car enthusiast and have owned and driven classic cars for the past 30 years. The Alfa 1750 GTV is very special car in terms of both looks and raw driving experience.
