This is my 1972 BMW 2002 Tii. Original UK RHD car delivered on 1st September 1972 in Fjord Blue and as a ‘roundie’.
A lot of work has been done to the car. It’s absolutely solid! Resprayed in white, I was going to do a turbo replica. Running gear & underside restored well. New wheels & tyres. New interior seat cover set.
I put it with a local garage and despite paying them thousands of pounds the work was average (at best) & I soon realised I was never going to be happy with the car/ quality.
Personally, I would want to remove the engine and have the car resprayed professionally. Change in my circumstances forces a reluctant sale.
The car is largely complete. It will need work so is sold as a complete restoration project. Come and have a look!
