Restoration work including a full bare metal respray carried out in the late 1990’s. In 2000 the car was owned by the late Jeff Uren, a British Saloon car racer racing driver and engineer. He had Coopercraft replace the engine for a 4. 2 litre with a Getrag 5 speed gearbox, also the suspension was upgraded at the same time.
The car comes with a folder full of invoices and evidence of the restoration work carried out. The last keeper was the father of a seven-time Formula 1 champion as part of his classic car collection.
The mileage will increase slightly as the car is driven weekends weather permitting.
