Description
1960 Ford Anglia 105E Deluxe. Unrestored survivor. 59000 miles. 12 months MOT.
This 105E was garaged, unused for nearly 40 years!
It retains it's original Ford paint, interior, engine, gearbox and running gear. It has been sympathetically recommissioned using NOS parts where possible. A new clutch, tyres, fuel pump, brake shoes, cylinders and flexi hoses have all been fitted. The carburettor has been professionally rebuilt and the petrol tank refurbished.
The car is rock solid with only the rear sections of the front wings requiring repair. The underside still retains much of it's factory applied paint. This has been sprayed with Bilt Hamber Dynax UC to protect it. Even the doors shut well!
There are scrapes, dings, surface rust spots and even a few brush painted 'repairs' but the car has an originality, charm and patina rarely seen on 1960s cars nowadays.
It runs beautifully and drives like an unrestored car should. The number plate has been valued at £5500 and the car has just passed it's MOT.
