1976R Ferrari 365GT/ 4 2+2 one of just 109 RHD examples from a total factory production of 525 units.. The first 2+2 to be fitted with a 4 cam engine giving exceptional performance, the last to have knock on wheels with spinners and those evocative 6 tail lights, all of which go to making this a fast and interesting car which is clearly under appreciated…. added to which This car is the last RHD chassis #. Ordered by Maranello Concessionaires Ltd on the 6th of January 1976 in Grigio Argento Le Sancy with Nero Cogolo hide and red carpets, the car was completed by Ferrari SpA in March 1976 and arrived in the Uk in July 1976. The car has electric windows , air conditioning , period stereo and electric aerial, it has never had door mirrors fitted , I have copies of all original paperwork and an original 365GT/ 4 2+2 brochure and Maranello price list and owners hand book.
The first owner a Mr H of London took delivery of OPA59R on 13/ 08/ 1976 he kept the car until 21/ 02/ 1978 the second keeper Heron Hollingdrake Ltd sold the car on 29/ 07/ 1978 to Barbara H of Lincolnshire who used the car sparingly until the 28/ 12/ 1983 the 4th owner John Snelgrove Partnership of Manchester acquired the car on 02/ 02/ 1984 who kept the car until 19/ 07/ 1985 when the 5 keeper was Dominion Trust of Macclesfield who sold the car to its 6 keeper but 3rd Owner Mr Allan W L of Bristol keeping the car until 12/ 11/ 1986 when it was sold to its 7th keeper Holders of Congresbury on the 27/ 01/ 1987 the car was sold to its 8 keeper but 4th owner Buncombes Garage Ltd of Somerset , the car was then sold to its 9th keeper but 5 owner Mr Bruce S on the 04/ 11/ 1988 Mr S used the car sparingly finally parting with the car on 24/ 08/ 2005 to its 10 keeper a motor dealer Mr Adrian P of Bristol who sold the car on the 28/ 02/ 2006 to its 11 Keeper but 6th owner a Mr Charles W of Taunton, he barely used the car eventually selling it on the 22/ 06/ 2013 to its 12th Keeper Mr William S a Motor trader of Temple Coombe Bath , selling the car on the 06/ 05/ 2014 to its 13th Keeper but 7th owner Mr Sebastian G of London Mr S G carried out a huge amount of work to the car at both Rardley Motors and SMDG enjoying the car and eventually passing the car on the 17/ 08/ 2017 to its 14th Keeper and 8th owner Mr Erik W a banker in London who enjoyed and used the car carrying out various works whilst in his care , selling the car on the 26/ 08/ 2021 to its 15th Keeper but 9th owner a Mr Toby N of Bristol. This is a well sorted good driving car that has a fully traceable history and significant recent bills to ensure that the next owner can enjoy the car as it should be .. the car is MOT exempt but will be supplied with 12 months MOT , it also qualifies for free road tax and is ULEZ EXEMPT !
