I kept the original USA outlets outside and inside. Its amazing how the original carpets, fridge and stove still work properly. Had installed by professionals an extra lpg-tank, a special made toilet/ seat, lpg-heater and solarpower to be total off grid. Found a converter from 240-110 so I could use the fridge in powermode. Normaly I use Lpg.
Traveled around europe. Alone and with friends. Had a new tacometer installed and is now on 670000. The new engine ( the old one had one cylinder down) works perfect with a nice VW boxersound.
With the poptop up it is an amazing sleepingplace in cold and hot weather.
Want to sell now after 17 years due to other holidayplans outside Europe, so I will not use it for holidays anymore. And love to hand it over to a VW westfalia camper-enthusiast.
