So the scooter has been sitting since about 2010 ish, it's not rusty the engine seems to be very good it runs very nicely with no horrible noises , all 3 gears work fine all the lights work the horn works the brakes work tyres seem ok, the bike I would say for it's age is in good working order the price is ovno I do not have a v5 for the scooter but I do have a print out from the dvla website to prove that it's on there system, Thank you for looking at the add
