Mercedes w124 estate in Pajett Red - Metallic Paint (587U). Interior fabric grey. Genuine mileage. In immaculate condition. Registered March-1988. (078). This is the pre-facelift model and arguably the best made and a living testament as now is nearly 37 years old.
The underbody is in excellent condition and you cannot see any oil dripping on the differential as you would find on many on cars at this age. The vehicle was owned by an eldery owner for approximately 31 years; although I purchased it from a guy in Morcambe who never had it long. I inquired and went back to the original owner in carnforth who had sadly passed away. We have owned the vehicle for over 3 years. It was registered to my father who sadly passed away in 2021 and I had to transfer it to my name to tax it as it was disable class. I now no longer have use of the vehicle and I am force to sell it.
In our ownership, we have had the brake disc, pads and rear calipers replace. I have just flushed the engine and replace with fresh antifreeze. It has had new oil filter, oil and plugs as part of the service. We have covered less than 2000 miles as my father went towards end of life and the car was put in a garage. I have used it very little apart from taking it out for mot and little job it needed doing.
I have priced it very reasonable compared to similar mileage condition.
