Fiat 126 650 in the rare "Base" set-up. Just completed conservative restoration. Bodywork repainted externally, interior reconditioned. Mechanics completely overhauled: engine rebuilt and serviced, new gaskets, new pipes and linkage, new petrol pump, new distributor and coil, new service belt, overhauled alternator, overhauled starter motor, new wheel joints.
New brakes, new steering box, cleaned and reconditioned fuel tank, new suction strainer Slight engine tuning: new "smart" carburettor, sports intake with direct cone filter, new dual outlet sports exhaust.
Complete new sports set-up: 6-leaf inverted leaf spring, front arm repositioning brackets, stiffer short-stem shocks, 19cm rear springs.

Considering the many works done (the expenses of which are documented and documentable), the asking price is NOT TRATTABLE. Separately, at a price to be agreed upon, all the spare parts to bring it back to the original and many new and used parts, including 6 wide-channel rims. Purchased to be converted into a Giannini replica, it was set up after a conservative restoration that began in April 2022 and after several breaks, it was finally completed in August 2024. It is used almost daily and is great fun to drive.
All the graphics have been custom made and are unique, as is the shade of white chosen and the combination with the wheels. The interior has also been stylishly done, using bespoke tartan-style seat covers from the period, small diameter Luisi steering wheel from the period (built 1974) I am only selling because I have a new project in mind
