Description
Autobianchi A112 First Series from 1973. Interior and exterior, generally in very good condition for its age. Sound chassis, no rust. Sunroof, black Skaï seat, Abarth exhaust.
A lot of work has been carried out on the car over the last few years, including :
- complete overhaul ( september 24 ) - water pump ( september 24 ) - rocker cover gasket ( september 24 ) - carburettor ( june 22 ) - ignition coil ( june 22 ) - complete hydraulic braking system ( april 21 ) - leather upholstery from a saddler ( april 21 ) - complete overhaul ( april 21 ) - installation of an anti-tamper bar ( april 21 ) - engine cooling radiator ( april 21 ) - play in the steering linkage ( seen at the time by a specialist ), logical on older vehicles, no effect on driving).
All in all, it cost around €2, 000 to bring this marvel back to life, and it has just had a check-up with a second inspection for: - front shock absorbers - unbalanced braking at the rear It doesn't need much to be perfect. It runs with elegance over all distances. I have driven about 15000 kilometres with it since I got it. More photos on request after telephone exchange. I am not in a hurry to sell it, I will not respond to indecent proposals but I am listening to those who know how to pamper it.
