BMW is offering a special Café Racer version of its R nine T roadster, available from February 2015 in the French network: produced in a (very) limited series of 90, it features parts designed, manufactured and assembled in France at the Boxer Design workshops in Toulouse. A French collector's edition, to be had for €18, 990. BMW Motorrad France called on Boxer Design, a motorbike manufacturer and designer based in Toulouse and headed by Thierry Henriette, who recently designed the Brough Superior SS 100, to create this special R nine T Café Racer series. For €3, 790 on top of the €15, 200 price tag for the standard model, you'll get these special features: - Carbon fork head - Single-seat carbon backrest (removable and covering the passenger seat) - Paintwork with white stripes in a nod to the brand's heritage - Leather rider and passenger seat.
