Description
SUZUKI T500 "COBRA" 1968 - The T500, a road bike marketed from 1967 to 1977. With a 2-stroke, large-displacement engine, reliable and high-performance. A top speed of 169 km/ h at 6, 000 rpm and a dry weight of 193 kg, the Suzuki T500 proved to be even more reliable than some European 4-stroke twin-cylinder engines. - It was unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in autumn 1967. It was first launched in the USA as the T500 Five. The long-wheelbase T500 was more stable at higher speeds, and the longer seat made it more comfortable for two-up riding. We don't hesitate to venture far from our bases, at the handlebar of a T500 cc. - Under the pressure of the car manufacturer Ford, owner of the name "Cobra", Suzuki is forced to rename its 500. It is around the Dodge brand to assert its rights, for "Charger", Suzuki will henceforth be called T500 "Titan". - Our SUZUKI T500 "Cobra", is simply sublime, from this "Private Collection, see a personal Museum", has these motorbikes for display. Of course this one requires an intervention for the good functioning. - I remain with your listening, for this T500 "MAGNIFICENT MACHINE". Do not hesitate to consult us for further information. - On Appointment (Marne-la-vallée-Disneyland-Paris).
