It is equipped with its matching 1500 cm3 twin SU carburettor engine, 15-inch steel wheels with chrome hubcaps, a new and functional soft top and comes with an additional set of 4 48-spoke wire wheels, a period option (conversion kit included). The very neat paintwork was redone in 2020. The bodywork is in excellent, shiny condition, as is the chrome, which is all present. The chassis and underpinnings are sound, although there is some minor surface oxidation. The wooden floors are in perfect condition.
On the engine side, the original engine has been maintained as it should be. Recently, the following work has been carried out: - The connecting rod has been overhauled - The clutch receiver is new - The ignition head is new - An electronic ignition has been fitted - The radiator is new, as is the water pump In 2021, the carburettors have been overhauled.
The braking system, suspension and tyre condition were all checked at the voluntary technical inspection we carried out. The upholstery has been completely redone, including the seat foams. The dashboard is red and shiny, with a very attractive appearance. The instrumentation is functional. The carpets and boot lining have been changed.
