Description
Genuine 203 DARL'MAT, one of only 10 surviving cars out of a production run of around 125. Initially intended for competition with engines sometimes exceeding 100 bhp with a compressor, and 14 cm lower than the basic saloon, these vehicles were configured on request under the aegis of Emile DARL'MAT, PEUGEOT dealer in PARIS, with the specific authorisation of the marque.
This example is fitted with a 1500 CM3 engine, with the original NARDI double carburettor intake pipe, 80 pistons without skirt, lightened flywheel, total restoration 500 km ago. It develops 80 horsepower compared with the original 42, GYROSTABIL rear stabiliser, 165 X 400 aluminium rims, and has the extremely rare special TAUPIN dashboard, incorporating the watch and lap counter. Its red leather interior is original. Former PEUGEOT driver André DE CORTANZE's car. Information on request, please do not hesitate to contact us.
