Sells or exchange superb Triumph Roadster 2000 released on 21/ 02/ 1949, very rare in France! In very good condition, I am the happy owner since 2017. Known history, green logbook and numerous invoices of follow-up. French collector's registration in my name. Original engine (Matching Numbers) 4 cyl 2 litres, rebuilt 2015 3 seats + 2 in "spider" chassie treated anti-corrosion, wood frame and aluminum body like the Morgan.
The original paintwork looks good with a few traces of wear and tear. The upholstery is not only really comfortable but also magnificent with its burgundy-red leather with a patina. The underpinnings are sound, no rust, the chassis was protected at the time by grease, the aluminium body is solid without deformation, the doors close tightly with the right gaps. The chrome is new, redone in 2017. The engine behaves perfectly with no loss of oil and the 3 gears and reverse gear work as they should. Engine (unleaded), clutch rebuilt in 2015 by the previous owner. Numerous invoices and period documents available. It has since covered just 2500 km.
