Description
Matching frame and engine number. Original front and rear mudguards and headlamp assembly. A new fuel tank has been fitted with new taps, the rest of the machine is original - wheels, exhaust, speedo and rear shock absorbers.
Possibly one of the best original examples for sale in the UK today. Rare opportunity - as this machine comes from a private collection.
Manufactured in 1979 but due to factory employment disputes only a couple of dozen came to the UK in late 1980. This bike was registered in 1981 by Commerfords of Thames Ditton (the sole importer) and is one of only a handful still up and running in the UK today. Bultaco as a manufacturer were always ready to catch out the unwary collector thinking Sherpas for Trial bikes, Pursangs for Motocross and Fronteras for Enduro - basically correct but this example is one to catch you out. This is the last production Enduro bike Bultaco made, following on from the Mk11 Frontera Enduro. Bultaco developed the Mk12 Enduro bike based almost exactly on the Motocross model and called it the Pursang TT.
