This car drives so well, you can tell it has been maintained regardless of expense by its two previous owners.
It is only for sale as I bought it for my son as his first car. He wanted something unique rather than the usual Corsa/ Fiat 500/ Fiesta stuff and insurance quotes were sensible when we checked before he passed. However...... on passing the company that quoted said it was too old for their criteria now! No-one else would quote anywhere near sensible (I paid £119 fully comprehensive on a classic policy, but they won't insure 17 year olds.) So sadly he has decided to sell his beloved car. He's spent hours cleaning it while it was parked on the drive and was absolutely gutted when they wouldn't insure him...
Anyway, his loss will definitely be someone else's gain as its a great car. Drives mint. Goes pretty quick still too and is so comfortable.
The bodywork is very straight and presentable. The interior is nice and original, there is some wear on the drivers bolster and the original radio/ cassette has been replaced with a Sony Radio/ CD player unit.
Everything works as it should. The sunroof tilts and slides and the electric front windows work perfectly.
All in all a great car to use daily or keep for classic runs and shows.
