Description
Coming to us from a collector that was selling off his collection of classic Japanese “trails” bikes. This incredibly rare 1974 Kawasaki F7 175 had already had a lot of attention lavished on it by its last owner. Things like new tyres, rewired, plus many smaller items had been replaced or restored. What we did was to address its original but faded paint work by having it professionally restored in its original colours, replaced the front fork seals that were showing signs of leaking and generally give it a bit of tlc all over. Now we have what has to be one of the nicest “F7s” available for sale on the market today. Complete with its original “Hatta multi adjustable” front fork legs and security chains that are still fitted to its foot controls, all original handle bar controls and clocks and a seat that must of been re-trimed as its just to good not to of been! ( the seat lock is currently missing but we are in the process of sourcing a replacement). It starts easily and is soon off its choke and producing enough 2 stroke smoke to upset our “Gretta”. Gear box brakes etc all work as designed, with the engine once warmed, pulling cleanly and seeming to of not lost much, if any of its sparkle. A must for the collector or enthusiast that appreciates just how unusual and rare this bike is!
